- If a bikini is damaged, H2O needs to be notified within 24 hours of receiving the package. If we are not notified within the allotted amount of time, you will not be able to return the swimsuit

- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted due to the bikini not fitting

- Once it is in the mail courier's hands, H2O Swimwear is not responsible for any lost mail

- H2O Swimwear is not responsible for a shipping address error

- H2O Swimwear does not allow exchanges
